Please fill out our contact form under the contact section, this will be sent to our email and we will then reach out within 48 hours your photo needs and your vision for your session and we will let you know of some beautiful locations or studios you can rent for the hour.

We know this can be a daunting question, which is why we've created a Wardrobe/Hair & Makeup info-graph, available upon request!  

For regular 30-60 minute photo sessions you will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within 1-2 weeks (2-3 weeks during peak season). For Weddings, your gallery will be ready within 4-6 weeks (4-8 weeks during peak season). Once they are completed, we will send them to you in an online photo gallery where they can be downloaded and shared with your family or friends! (Never any watermarks!) 

It depends on the shoot, but our average photo delivery for regular photo sessions (ie. family, maternity, etc) is anywhere between 30-50 photos per every half hour of shooting. 

For Wedding packages, you will receive a gallery of unlimited, fully edited images - this means we edit and deliver every single photo that wasn't blurry, a duplicate, or very unflattering. This way you receive the full story of your big day and can relieve it moment by moment as it was shot. On average our wedding photo galleries are anywhere from 400-800+ photos, depending on wedding package you choose.

Once your photos are completed, we will send them to you in an online photo gallery where they can be downloaded and shared with your family or friends! (Never any watermarks!)  

Absolutely! We encourage our clients to share their ideas and preferences with us for their photography session. We want your photos to reflect your personality and style, so we are happy to accommodate specific requests as much as possible.

 Hard yes. Bring your dog, your cat, your hamster, your goldfish, whatever non-human family member you want!

Yes, to reserve the date for your photo session we require a 30% deposit (non-refundable). The remaining amount is due on the day of the session. If the shoot requires booking a studio, we require the full amount of the studio fee in addition to the 30% retainer to confirm our booking. 

Heck yeah! You have a cottage in Muskoka you want to shoot in? Let's go! You want to get married in Ireland? We'll meet you there! 

Note: Distance could be subject to a travel fee, please reach out to discuss :)

 - Photo Sessions can be rescheduled once at no cost if extenuating circumstances apply (weather, illness, etc.). 

- Missed/forgotten sessions must pay the total cost of the session. 

Retainers will not be refunded in the case of cancellations. 

Outdoor photo sessions (excluding weddings) are always weather permitting (Not very many people want photos taken in the pouring rain!). We keep ourselves updated on the forecast within the week of your shoot, and if the weather is looking like it will not allow for photos, we will be in contact with you within the week leading up to your shoot to discuss our options and we will work with you to decide if the shoot needs to be rescheduled, the time changed, or if we have a location Plan B.

 Yes! We do a light edit on every single one of your photos, this includes blemish removal, stray hairs, etc. 

You know what we hear at almost every shoot? "Can you fix my double chin?" or "Can you make my arms look slimmer?", or "can you make my waist look smaller?" the list goes on. While we think every single one of our clients looks amazing in their photos, we do completely understand these types of insecurities we all have, and that we just want to feel beautiful in our photos, so UPON REQUEST, we are happy to do more advanced body edits for an additional fee of $35 per photo.

Sorry we do not provide raw photos... the raw photos are like raw cake batter - the final edited photos are the baked and decorated cake!
